Ingredients

  • 4 cl rye whiskey
  • 2 cl sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 0.5 cl absinthe
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Rinse the glass with absinthe
  • Add Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • Add rye whiskey
  • Add sweet vermouth
  • Add ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain
  • Add lemon peel
