Ingredients​

  • 4 cl gin
  • 2 cl dry vermouth
  • 0.5 cl absinthe
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions​

  • Rinse the glass with absinthe
  • Add gin
  • Add dry vermouth
  • Add ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain
  • Add lemon peel
