Ingredients​

  • 2 cl gin
  • 2 cl elderflower liqueur
  • 1 cl Aperol
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 5 cl sparkling wine
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions​

  • Add gin
  • Add elderflower liqueur
  • Add Aperol
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain
  • Add sparkling wine
