Ingredients

• 5 cl bourbon
• 3 cl cream
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 1 egg
• 8 ice cubes

Instructions

• Add bourbon
• Add cream
• Add simple syrup
• Add egg
• Dry shake for 15 seconds
• Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
• Double strain
