demerara syrup
- 2 dashes
Peychaud's Bitters
- 0.5 cl
absinthe
- 1
lemon peel

ice cubes
Instructions
- Rinse the glass with absinthe
- Add Peychaud's Bitters
- Add rye whiskey
- Add demerara syrup
- Add ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds
- Strain
- Add lemon peel
