Ingredients​

  • 5 cl rye whiskey
  • 1 cl demerara syrup
  • 0.5 cl Underberg
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 clear ice cube

Instructions​

  • Add clear ice cube
  • Add rye whiskey
  • Add demerara syrup
  • Add Underberg
  • Add ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds
  • Strain
  • Add lemon peel
