Ingredients​

  • 4 cl gin
  • 1 cl Chartreuse
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.5 cl absinthe
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions​

  • Rinse the glass with absinthe
  • Add gin
  • Add Chartreuse
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add simple syrup
  • Add egg white
  • Dry shake for 15 seconds
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain
