Ingredients

  • 4 cl gin
  • 2 cl dry vermouth
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl raspberry syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add gin
  • Add dry vermouth
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add raspberry syrup
  • Add egg white
  • Dry shake for 15 seconds
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain
