Aperol Fizz

Ingredients​

  • 5 cl Aperol
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 cl soda water
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions​

  • Add Aperol
  • Add lemon juice
  • Add simple syrup
  • Add egg white
  • Dry shake for 15 seconds
  • Add ice cubes and shake for 15 seconds
  • Double strain
  • Add soda water
